You paid at Paypal but didn't receive your Novel_name.zip file?

First, if your Internet Browser is still open:

• Look for the Killernovels Success Page.
• If it is still there, or if you can go back to it, look for the link to your novel and download your book.

Next:

Please READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY, and then use the email address below to let us know the problem.  You MUST give:

1. Your name (under which you purchased your novel)***
   
2. The name of the book you purchased through Paypal***
   
3. The date you purchased your novel from my website***
   
4. The exact problem you are having.***
   
5. Your return email address (should you have hidden it by code)
   
6. If you already entered your email address during the purchase process, you MUST enter the same address!!! ***

        Or...

You can't unzip your Novel_name.zip?

Novel files are zipped with 256-bit encrytion and have a password to open.  You will need reasonably recent software to open your novel file.

Software to unzip files can be found free of charge:
    (There are other options, but for now these are the suggested ones.)

Click here for 7-zip (Totally free, small and easy to use.  This is the program used to zip novel files on this site.)**

Click here for Winzip (Free, or can be purchased for enhanced version.)**

** While these are reputable sites and software, Killernovels takes no responsibility for any issues that may arise from installing or using these products.**

Then, follow the directions given by your software provider.

Once your Novel_name.zip is unzipped, go into the resultant new folder that your zip program made and find the novel format you desire.

Not sure which file to use?

Here are some general concepts:  these are guidelines only.

• pdf - most modern computers and reading devicesalready come able to open a pdf file.  You may need to download reading software to allow some
  phones, iphones, pads, tablets etc. to allow you to enlarge print size, etc.
• AZW3 - specifically for Amazon Kindle®, though these devices can also read pdf, mobi, prc, and other files
• MOBI - specifically for
• EPUB - specifically for KOBO®, though this device can also read pdf, mobi and other files
• EPUB - specifically for NOOK® , though this device can also read pdf files
• PRC - a great format when having difficulty with other file types.

A plug for one of my best, most challenging stories...

Received your Novel_name.zip file and you're not quite sure what to do with it?

This one is more easily fixed, so just relax :)

Your file will read something like, My_Purchased_Novel_Name.zip.

1. Either double (left) click your .zip file or right-click it and follow the menu to open the zip.
   (A .zip is simply a compressed file that contains one or more files - in this case, your purchased novel and it's password.)
2. Once opened, you should see your novel file, eg.  My_Purchased_Novel_Name in pdf, azw3 and other formats for various reading devices.
3. Your .txt file is a very simple text file. Double-click it or right-click and follow the menu to open it.  You will find your novel's password, eg.aabb123.txt
4. Either copy your password or else simply write it down.
5. Now open your My_Purchased_Novel_Name.zip (or other format) file and enter your password when prompted.
6. Your novel will open.
7. Now the two most important directions to you of all... 

• Enjoy some quality reading!!! :)
• Please note!!!  You will need your password each and every time you open your novel, so please don't lose your password!!!

Trying to read your Novel.pdf on a phone or other device, but the print is too small?

• All devices (that I am aware of) have apps that can help with this.  Many of these apps are free.  Download them on to your iPhone or other mobile/cell phone, etc.
  
• Google pdf readers to see what apps are available to you (for your particular device).
  
• PDFs are very common, and so there are a plethora of programs (many free ones) that you can get for your device.
  
• Also, (Amazon) Kindles are also able to read .pdf files, so there is no need to download any app to read them.
  
• Plenty of other reading devices and (as far as I know) any home computer can read a .pdf novel.
  
• Not only that, but many of those programs have the ability to read your novel to you.
